Nicola says, “I am proud to become a member of the Board of DCA and a proud parent of a hearing-impaired daughter. I am looking forward to helping identify and deliver programmes and initiatives that help our DCA community. I hope, by having been on my own personal journey, that I can help DCA foster greater family connections and help our community feel more confident making decisions via increased knowledge & support. I’m excited to get to know the broader DCA team and listen to our community’s needs, as we embark on the next exciting chapter and evolve our offerings for the future.”
