Chase the Thrill

A fun-filled afternoon for deaf and hard of hearing people aged 12-17 at Melbourne's iconic Luna Park. A great opportunity to enjoy the rides and meet and connect with your peers. *Access to DCA events are subjected to participants adhering to State vaccination regulations and venues policy.*

Dads' Group

Join our Dads' Group from the comfort of your own home via Zoom. It’s a great way to meet other dads and male carers with deaf and hard of hearing kids going through a similar situation.

DCA's 158th Annual General Meeting

Please join us for Deaf Children Australia's 158th Annual General Meeting. It is taking place online via Zoom on Tuesday 10 November at 5:30 PM (AEDT).

Escape to the Farm

A family excursion to the Collingwood Children's Farm. Visit the farm, connect with other families - sharing experiences, making new connections and creating opportunities for DHH kids to play with kids like them. A fun and inclusive event, where families can interact with other families, and kids can meet the animals and play in nature! *Access to DCA events are subjected to participants adhering to State vaccination regulations and venues policy.*

Family Camp

Family Camp brings together deaf and hard of hearing kids, their parents and siblings. Everyone will enjoy fun planned activities and build connections with other children and parents. The next Family Camp will be held in 2022 in a new venue. Dates and venue are to be confirmed. We are planning to hold this event during the warmer months, so please register your interest and let us know your preference! **We will release dates in accordance to government regulations.**

Furry Tales 0-5 years

An exceptional live presentation given by our friends at the RSPCA, especially for deaf and hard of hearing children (DHH) aged nought to 5 and their family.

Get Connected 12-15yrs

DCA's online mentoring course provides a fun and engaging way for students aged 12 to 15 years to build social connections and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Over 4 weeks, participants will make new friends, develop new skills to self-advocate, and manage challenges from our inspiring mentors. Get Connected is coming back in March 2022 by popular demand, so register now!
