Watch our Platypus Playhouse Storybooks!

Deaf Children Australia is very excited to bring you Auslan videos of all our wonderful Platypus Playhouse storybooks.

The videos can also be accessed directly from each storybook. The video stories provide a fun and interactive way to build your child’s language and confidence. They will captivate the entire family too, as everyone can learn Auslan together, creating a rich and joyful experience for the child.

Let Pip, Annie and their besties take you on lots of fun adventures you can replicate at home.

Building Inclusive Communities

If you are an organisation wanting to deliver inclusive activities for your community, let us know, we’d love you to feature our videos. Email communications@deafchildren.org.au. We can help promote the activity if it is open to the general public.

Good Morning Annie

Follow Annie, our cute platypus, as she tells us a story of morning time in the Platypus house. Annie chooses what to wear, eats her breakfast, brushes her teeth, combs her hair – and starts her morning with the whole Platypus family!

The storybook is available at  shop.deafchildrenaustralia.org.au

Proudly supported by the Brian M Davis Charitable Foundation.
