What is Flying Colours all about?

For parents and carers who have received a diagnosis that their child is deaf or hard-of-hearing, it can be difficult to know where to go or what to do next.

Community groups, early learning childhood centres and primary schools may find including a deaf or hard-of-hearing child in their everyday activities a challenge.

Flying Colours helps to change this.

If you are supporting a child at home, teaching in the classroom, or running a local club, we have resources and information to help you make a positive difference.

You will find published research, stories from parents with a lived experience, useful resources and summaries of key subjects about deafness.

NB: You can print any of the pages in the Flying Colours online resource – just go to your browers ‘file’ options and hit ‘print’ and print as a PDF.
