We are celebrating our pioneering founder FJ Rose together with Deaf Historian, Dr Breda Carty OA and Deaf Interpreter, Chris Dunn.
We invite you to join us to celebrate our remarkable founder, FJ Rose. In the 1920’s Rose Day was launched to commemorate Rose, who passed away on 1 December 1920.
Rose Day wasn’t celebrated ongoing, and we would like to reinstate it on 1 December 2021 with Dr Breda Carty AO and Auslan Interpreter Chris Dunn, as they share their connection to the Bluestone.
These two accomplished individuals will also share their thoughts on Rose, and how he influenced their careers.
Rose inspired people throughout his life and continues to do.
We invite you to share your experiences and ask questions.
