An unique online and live session led by our friends at the RSPCA, for deaf and hard of hearing children (DHH) aged 6 to 11 and their family!

Description

The RSPCA is inviting you to this unique look behind the scenes, that is sure to please animal lovers!

DCA and the RSCPA are partnering up to offer you this one-of-a-kind opportunity to get familiar with small and cute animals and learn about their care. Deaf and hard of hearing children and their families will get up close to guinea pigs and rabbits, learn about the RSPCA's action, and get to practise some Auslan related to animals and their wellbeing!

A bilingual environment of Auslan and spoken English is offered to support all forms of communication. Auslan interpreters will be present and captions will be available.

Pet Parade takes place via Zoom and runs on AEDT time.
