The Chair and Board of Directors of Deaf Children Australia cordially invite you to join them at our 158th Annual General Meeting. It is taking place online via Zoom on Tuesday 10 November at 5.30pm (AEDT).
How to register your attendance or apology:
When registering, indicate your acceptance or apology by selecting 'yes' or 'no' to the attendance question.. If you select 'No' you will automatically be recorded as an apology. You will receive the AGM correspondence including the Membership Renewal form, 2020 Notice of Meeting, link to the Form of Proxy, 2020 Impact Report, 2019 AGM Minutes and the Zoom meeting and live captions links.
Form of Proxy
If you are a member, can't attend the AGM, and would like to nominate someone to vote on your behalf, you can complete the online Form of Proxy. When you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the Form of Proxy link. Simply click on this link to complete the form.
Membership renewal
Once you register your acceptance or apology you will receive an AGM confirmation email with the membership form attached. Print it out, complete, and return it to:

2019 AGM Minutes and 2020 Impact Report
Will be emailed to you on Tuesday 10th November before the AGM commences.
Auslan sign interpreters will be present and live captions will be available. You will receive the links to both when you register.
Please register your attendance or apology by clicking on the 'register' button above. You will be emailed all AGM details and the Zoom meeting link.
Registrations close at 5:30pm on the day of the AGM.
