DESCRIPTION:EVENT CANCELLED DUE TO EXTREME TEMPERATURES.\nDue to the fact that there are several consecutive days with high temperatures this weekend (Saturday, Sunday, Monday), the risk of skin damage, heat exhaustion and dehydration are too high to run an outdoor event. All registered participants have been contacted by email.\nAhoy, adventurers! Set sail with Deaf Children Australia on a delightful journey filled with sun, splashing, and smiles! Join us for our “Family Fun Afloat” event – a lovely day out on the Yarra River for the whole family.\nWe’ll meet up at Fairfield Park Boathouse and Tea Garden and start the day with some fun on the water – we’re providing free access to gentleman’s rowing boats, stand-up paddleboards and kayaks in the morning. We’ll then meet up for a BBQ lunch, and end the day with a walk around Fairfield Park.\nBring along some sunscreen, a towel and your spirit of adventure!\nOur Family Fun Afloat event promises to be a day of joy, laughter, and family bonding.\nThere are limited spaces available for this event and registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
