Auslan Interpreter

HI,

My name is Melissa and I am trying to get some information about Auslan Interpreters in the area of Thomastown, Victoria. I work for a Library service that is interested in providing an Interpreter at a Pre-School storytime. We are looking for names of people and the possible cost involved. I would be appreciative of any information you were able to provide me with.

Deaf schools in Melboune

Hi Melissa

Victorian College for the Deaf (details are on http://www.deafchildrenaustralia.org.au/node/460) and Furlong Park (details are on this page) are deaf schools in Melbourne offering full Auslan curriculum. They are government schools so fees are kept to minimum.

The cost of rental property varies depending on the type of the property and location. Domain webiste: www.domain.com.au or Real Estate website: www.realestate.com.au would be a good starting point for looking for a rental accommodation. Furlong Park is located in Sunshine North whereas Victorian College for the Deaf is located near Prahran.

I hope this helps.

Cheers,

Sumi
