There’s a not-for-profit organisation called Frends of the Deaf of Tanzania (http://www.fodot.org). Perhaps you can contact them to see if they know of any teaching positions vacant in Tanzania?

You could also contact World Federation of the Deaf Secretariat for Eastern and Southern Africa (RSESA) at http://www.wfdeaf.org/regional.html to see if there are any deaf education projects that you can be involved in the region.
